The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan; Puerto Rico is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the qualification to provide driving and preventive maintenance services for two Medical Mobile Unit, Model: Ford, F-550 Heavy Duty Truck located at two different location in the Virgen Island, St. Thomas and St. Croix. The procurement includes the service of two (2) qualify drivers with assistant at each location and providing preventive and operational maintenance services maintaining the equipment operational in support of the reach of patient in the community of clinics geographical area. This is sources sought notice only; it is not a request for quotations. The purpose of this Source Sought notice is to identify Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business interested in this procurement, the level of experience, qualifications, and whether it might be suitable for a specific small business socioeconomic group set-aside. This procurement is a requirement for a long term contract with a twelve (12) months Base Period and four (4) twelve (12) months Option Periods for Driving and Preventive Maintenance Services for schedule equipment property of the Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare Administration.
