THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide software, repair, and maintenance support for the ScriptPro Prescription Dispensing System and its components, located at three outpatient clinics of the Orlando VA HealthCare System (OVAHCS). This is a market research/sources sought notice only, (not a pre-solicitation notices pursuant to FAR Part 5). It is for planning/information purposes only. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate. The primary purpose is to identify potential sources which are regularly established in the business of providing the required services. For the purpose of this anticipated acquisition, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $22,000,000.00. Capability statements shall include the following business information: 1. DUNS number 2. Organization Name, Address 3. Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) 4. Business size for NAICS: 811219. 5. Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, WO, etc..) 6. Narrative that addresses the organization s qualification and ability to perform as a prime contractor for repair and support of the ScriptPro Prescription Dispensing System and its components. 7. A certificate which confirms that technicians and qualified to perform repair and support of the ScriptPro Prescription Dispensing System and its components. 8. List the number of qualified technicians you employ. 9. List any certification(s) technicians maintain.
