Sources Sought Synopsis Orlando VA Medical Center  This is not a solicitation announcement; this is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size status relative to NAICS Code 811219; Size Standard of $22M. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to form a reasonable expectation that two or more small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans will submit offers and that the award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States. Responses to this notice are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827, VHA Network 08 Contracting Office is seeking information concerning possible sources to provide the service described below. Title of Project: Tube replacement for Hologic Selenia Demensions Mammography Scanner at Lake Baldwin Outpatient Clinic Radiology department. The Mammography Scanner requires a new tube in order to prevent future downtime. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide the replacement tube and any associated parts for the tube. This will be a commodity and the vendor will be supplying a part to ensure that a system does not have downtime in the future. The vendor will provide all labor and parts for the tube replacement. The vendor will provide all documentation to the Biomedical Engineering Department upon completion of the service.
