The performance period for this contract will be Base and 4 one-year options. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 519120, with a related small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The proposed action is for a Fixed Price (FP) requirement contract, which will be advertised as a Small Business Set-aside, open market procurement. The solicitation will be posted on or about 23 December 2020, via BetaSam.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09 dated 10/26/2020. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copy solicitation response will be accepted. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) by the time quotes are received to be eligible for award of a contract.
