Bill Young VA Medical Center and the Lee County VA Medical Clinic have a requirement for Automatic Door P&M and Inspection at the Bay Pines and Lee County VA Facilities. Automatic Door Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Service. REQUIREMENTS: This will be a full-service contract that covers maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance and emergency call back service of each door. During the PMs, the Contractor shall clean, adjust, and lubricate the equipment as specified below, determine the nature and extent of any defect and the requirements necessary to satisfactorily restore doors, and if conditions warrant, furnish and install parts to that end. A complete inventory of the type of doors will be furnished with this Work Statement.
