The North Florida South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SG VHS) is seeking responsible sources to provide Wall to Wall Pharmacy Inventory for sites located in North Florida South Georgia Veterans Health System. This notice is intended strictly for market research purposes only. The intent is to find qualified businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561990 and the small business size standard is $11 million. Background: The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS) is required an annual inventory for five Pharmacy s location. See the Performance Work Statement attached. Potential sources are to respond by email to shirley.courtney@va.gov no later than 12/04/2020 at 3pm Eastern Time and provide the following information: 1. Company's name and point of contact information (including phone number, e-mail address, and DUNS number). 2. Your level of interest in submitting an offer in response to a solicitation for this requirement; 3. Business size and applicable socioeconomic classification determination (i.e. veteran owned or service-disabled veteran owned). (MANDATORY); 4.
