Bill Young Medical Center, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida. Estimated Target Completion Period: 364 calendars days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) Magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Size Standard is $16.5 Million. Product Service Code Z2DA This solicitation that will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 15, 2020.
