The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel and equipment to provide for twenty-four-hour, seven days a week (24/7) special needs transportation services to the Veterans of the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) residing in central Florida. Transportation destinations may include VA and non-VA medical facilities, Veteran domiciles, and other locations. The primary VA medical facilities under this contract include Orlando VA Medical Center (VAMC), William V. Chappelle, Jr. VA Medical Center (VAMC), Viera VA Health Care Center (VAHCC). Services will be from pick-up location to the drop-off location as directed by the VA.
