A short-term bridge contract to incumbent contractor to avoid lapse in service caused by a delay in the source selection process for the long term competitive follow on contract. The current contract VA248 15 C 0014 awarded on March 1, 2015 expires on August 31, 2020. A new competitive acquisition set aside for SDVOSB is currently in the source selection process. This short-term procurement is for Janitorial and Cleaning Services at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Mayaguez Outpatient Clinic (MOPC) and Ponce Outpatient Clinic (POPC). The contractor shall provide the necessary supervision, labor, supplies, materials and equipment to render complete janitorial services at the aforementioned locations. This action will be awarded as a new action.
