The sole reason for this notice is to notify potential offerors that the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), VA Caribbean Healthcare System 10 Calle Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a firm fixed price type contract. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the service and or provide the deliverables described in the Performance Work Statement. This project includes Water Quality Technical Services. This requirement is being solicited as a total service disable veteran owned small business set aside and only qualified sellers may submit quotes. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 221310. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
