This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size status relative to NAICS Code 334510 with Size Standard of 1250 Employees. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to form a reasonable expectation that two or more small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans will submit offers and that the award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States. Responses to this notice are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827, VHA Network 08 Contracting Office is seeking information concerning possible sources to provide the supply described. The goal of this supply contract is to provide a MECTA Sigma Electroconvulsive (ECT) Machine . The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract for the MECTA Sigma MECTA Sigma Electroconvulsive. The period of performance is for one-time order. All interested firms should provide the following information: company size, company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, veteran status (SDVOSB or VOSB), capability statement to perform the services, and a statement describing whether there is a reasonable expectation an offer/quote will be submitted at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States. Responses must be submitted no later than 22 July 2020 at 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time. This notice is intended to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this sources sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective offerors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. To be eligible for award, YOU MUSTE BE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR along with being able to provide the required information to verify this authorization and registered in the System of Award Management at www.sam.gov.
