This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24820Q1050 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07/07-02-2020. NAICS and Set-aside: The NAICS is 237110 and the small business size standard is $39.5 million. This procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). To be considered as a SDVOSB, the quoter must be registered in the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) www.vip.vetbiz.gov . Any firm that is not considered a SDVOSB under this NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. Contract Type: The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price award. Award will be made using comparative evaluation of all quotes in order to obtain the best value for the Government. The Government reserves the right to select a response that provides benefit to the Government that exceeds the minimum but is not required to do so. The Government is also not obligated to select the lowest priced response. Description of Services: This contract is to provide Inspect and repair of underground sewer pipe at the Lake City VAMC. (see Statement of Work). A site visit for interested contractors has been schedule for July 28, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Lake City Engineering Dept. offices.
