Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF AUTOMATIC DOORS for (OVAHCS) to include: Orlando VA Medical Center (VAMC): 13800 Veterans Way Orlando, FL 32827 Lake Baldwin VAMC: 5201 Raymond St Orlando, FL 32803 Viera VA Health Care Center (VAHCC): 2900 Veterans Way Viera, FL 32940 Lakemont Campus: 2500 S. Lakemont Ave Orlando, FL 32814 This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The primary purpose of this announcement is to identify offerors who are regularly established in the business of preventive maintenance and repair of automatic doors and, in the judgement of the Contracting Officer, financially responsible and able to show evidence of their reliability, ability, experience, equipment, facilities, and personnel directly employed or supervised by them to render prompt and satisfactory service. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $16,500,000.00 is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. Interested parties shall provide a capability statement that addresses the organization s qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor for Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Automatic Doors. Capability statements shall include the following business information: DUNS number Organization Name, Address Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and email address) Business size for NAICS: 238290. Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, WO, etc..) Narrative that addresses the organization s qualification and ability to perform as a prime contractor for Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Automatic Doors.
