It is worth re-iterating that this will be an Indefin... The purpose of this amendment (A0001) is to answer questions submitted by contractors. These questions and answers are attached to this amendment. It is worth re-iterating that this will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ). Meaning that the only quantities that are established are the amounts that the government will pay to the contractor for the procured services (minimum of $2,250.00 per period of performance, and a maximum of $18,000.00, for the same period). The contractor will submit a quote per each item, but the Government shall order items as per the contractor s quote during the life of the contract, as needed. This does not change the quote submission deadline, which is the following: Submission of your response shall be received not later than 11:59 PM EST on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at wilfredo.perez3@va.gov.
