The purpose of the amendment is to also answer questions associated with this synopsis solicitation. Question: In relation to CLIN 0006, what is meant by cancellation price ? Answer: This is for circumstances whereby the repair is ordered by the Government, scheduled and in process of execution by the contractor. Since WPB is an operational hospital there may situations that develop that render an area to not be available to the contractor. In fairness to contractors, if no other area is available to work on, then a modification may be considered to the task order to address this scenario by the Contracting Officer. Is it allowable for the proposed schedule to be tentative? Answer: The contractor is to provide a well thought out and purposeful schedule in terms of time required by the firm to perform the duct work repairs identified within contract line items 0004 and 0005 of ordering period one. Are there areas that will impact inpatient rooms? Answer: Yes, floors 6 and 7 are likely to have impact to inpatient rooms. There are ICU(s) on various floors as well.
