This combined synopsis solicitation is for the purchase of Repair and Painting, for 4 each above ground fuel tanks (12,000-gallon diesel storage tanks) to be repaired, pressure washed, painted with epoxy paint, and an extra urethane protective coat. Work is to be done to the entire fuel tank surface.
