The purpose of amendment 0001 is to post Vendor Questions and Answers ITEM # QUESTIONS / COMMENTS RESPONSE 1 Is there a budgeted estimate for the contract value? This is RFQ was solicited using SAP (Simplified Aqcuisistion Procedures) for supplies and services NOT exceeding the SAT (Simplified Acquisition Threshold). 2 SOW references other requirements for additional 180 days after the initial installation period of 90 days. Pricing Schedule is restricted to 90 days only. Clarification required for man-hours, materials for upkeep on the pricing for the additional 180-day period. The 180 day requirement is only to treat, remove and/or reinstall any plant, shrub, tree that has died and not flourished after the initial install. 3 Will unescorted site visits be allowed for the purposes of photos, measurements and project planning? Yes 4 SOW also references months such as March, April, November for specific requirements, this falls outside of the pricing period of performance. Will this timeline specific obligations still be a requirement for pricing purposes? months will be adjusted to fit the time of award. 5 Since this would be the first bidding opportunity for JHL Support Services as a SDVOSB entity. Incomplete question 6 SDVOSB Certification verification currently ongoing. Is this a statement? 7 What is the PSI for the irrigation hookup at the newscape installation? unknown at this time 8 Where is the closest electric source to the work site? 50 ft. 9 Are the outdoor lights that are currently installed on a timer or photo cell? There are currently no outdoor lights installed at site. 10 Is the water that has been capped in the concrete pits currently operational? Yes 11 Are there any specific pictures of benches, lighting or pavers that need to be included in the design? no - open to suugestions 12 Clarification for page 8 of the SOW- "Sidewalks and Entryways" - I'm assuming that it is intended for us to clean up after ourselves every time we come out, I just wanted to be sure. Yes the area adjacent and the area of the worksite must remain debris free to prevent slips, trips and falls.
