SCOPE: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall provide all supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary for the maintenance and repair of the building structures and related systems and equipment as defined in this scope. The contractor shall perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and emergency work in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Maintenance and repair services shall include but not be limited to the following: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems - blowers, compressors, motors, dampers, condensers, cooling coils, pumps, duct work, air filters, and air conditioning units. Electrical - service connections, panels, outlets, switches, circuits, lighting fixtures, faceplates, receptacles, light bulbs, and lamps. Plumbing - water heaters, sewer, sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, and water drinking fountains. Painting, Carpentry and Masonry - floors, tiles, baseboards, walls, ceilings, trim, doors, stairs, roofing, gutters, sidewalks, windows, and signs. Interior and exterior painting, parking lines, and wheel stops painting. Grounds maintenance lawn care, landscaping, exterior trash collection, and maintenance of parking lot and sidewalks. Contract Administration: The contractor shall establish processes and assign appropriate resources to effectively administer the requirement. The contractor shall respond to Government requests for contractual actions in a timely fashion. The contractor shall have a single point of contact between the Government and Contractor personnel assigned to support contract. The contractor shall assign work effort and maintaining proper and accurate time keeping records of personnel assigned to work on the requirement. NAICS Code is 531312. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
