The purpose of this Source Sought notice is to identify Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business interested in this procurement, the level of experience, qualifications, and whether it might be suitable for a specific small business socioeconomic group set-aside. The equipment is presently in full operation. Interested party with the qualification to maintain the equipment meeting the manufactory operational standards will be required to provide documentation to the point of contact listed below. The anticipated period of performance for the upcoming contract will consist of a twelve (12) months base period and four (4) twelve (12) months option periods. Expressions of interest shall be submitted to Mr. Israel Rodriguez, via email at: Israel.rodriguez-perez@va.gov , on or before May 14, 2020, close of business. The following information shall be provided: a. Company profile and capability statement comparable to the marketing package your company uses in their ordinary course of business. Please ensure the following information is included: point of contact information, DUNS Number, company business size and socioeconomic category such as: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran- Owned Small Business (VOSB), Women-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Small Business. b. Provide evidence/certification by manufacture to work with schedule equipment in the geographical area of Puerto Rico.
