This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. Period of performance is 06/15/2020 05/31/2021. The is a base year with four (4) one-year options requirement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 492110 with a small business size of 1500 employees. This solicitation starts 05/11/2020 and will end 05/22/2020 at 4:30 pm EST. Questions are due not later than 05/18/2020 at 10:00 AM EST. The Network Contracting Office 8-RPO East intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for STAT Courier Services, as identified within the Statement of Work (SOW) for Gainesville VAMC, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608. This procurement is unrestricted. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract.
