The technician will collect the vibration data, and download the finings into a detailed report that will be forwarded to the VA. The report will be color coded as to the severity of any deficiencies, and recommend repairs needed. Equipment to be included in the service: Three boiler forced draft fans. Six centrifugal chiller compressors. Six primary chilled water pumps. Three secondary chilled water pumps. Six condenser water pumps. Six cooling tower fan motors. All equipment is located in building 39, at James A. Haley Veterans Administration Medical Center (JAHVAMC) 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd Tampa FL.
