This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24820Q0648. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in pages 19 - 20 of this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_2020-06 / 05-06-2020. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a Size Standard of $8 Million, applies to this procurement. Bruce W. Carter, Miami VA Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract, with base plus four (4) one-year options. This contract is for Generator Load Bank Testing Service. This procurement is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award. Quote shall be valid 120 days from the close of this solicitation. Quotes are due no later than July 17, 2020, 10:00 AM ET.
