The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 511210 (Software Publishers) responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, (NCO 08), 13000 Bruce B. Downs, Tampa, Florida 33612 is seeking authorized Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB s) , Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB s), Small Business (SB) or Large Business (LB) distributors that can provide SUN NUCLEAR hardware/software support/upgrade/repair for Radiology . The vendor shall deliver, install, maintain, repair and upgrade software and hardware purchased from SUN NUCLEAR. The software package should include * Complimentary service loaners * Full hardware warranty extension, * Software License renewal, * Full access to all new software releases * Telephone and web-based technical support * Record treatment delivery data and images Sun Nuclear provides the quality assurance equipment that Quality Assures each patient s radiation therapy plan and also QAs the linacs each day. The system shall be fully operational after the work. Software subscription and maintenance. Period of Performance: Base Year: 01 June 2020 thru 31 May 2021 Option Year One: 01 June 2021 thru 31 May 2022 Option Year Two: 01 June 2022 thru 31 May 2023 Option Year Three: 01 June 2023 thru 31 May 2024 Option Year Four: 01 June 2024 thru 31 May 2025.
