This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24820Q0589. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in pages 18 - 20 of this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_2020-04 / 01-15-2020. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 1,250 Employees, applies to this procurement. Miami VA Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract, with (1) Base Year and (4), (1) Year Option Periods. This contract is for Emergency Call Box Maintenance Services. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business (SB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award. Quote shall be valid 120 days from the close of this solicitation. All questions and answer requests are due in writing, via email to Contracting Officer W. Lance Bridger, at william.bridger@va.gov, no later than April 2, 2020, 4:00 PM ET. The Government reserves the right to not respond to questions submitted after this time.
