This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need for an Indefinite-Delivery Contract (IDC), Requirements Type with a Base Year and Four (4) Option Years including two (2) each Analyzers, reagents, supplies, installation, training, and service of the equipment (for life of agreement) referenced in Attachment 1. Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is the referenced manufacturer, Brand Name or Equal. The RFQ # is 36C24820Q0346. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 (01-15-2020). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 334516; the size standard is 1,000.
