Yes Which agency do you require to issue the certificate of confidentiality? No specific certificate is required. An agreement signed by both contractor and employee will meet this requirement. What are the required days of the week for service? Does it include weekends? Work scheduling is covered in Section B.3, paragraph 1.3 of the solicitation.
