The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 621610 (size standard of $15 Million). Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice is not considered to the solicitation announcement. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 has the need for a MULTIPLE AWARD contract for Home Oxygen Services for eligible veteran beneficiaries for the following facilities: Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System 13800 Veterans Way Orlando, FL, 3827 VA Caribbean Healthcare System #10 Casia Street San Juan, PR 00921 The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, and personnel necessary for patients requiring home oxygen services. Contractor shall train, educate, and monitor patients, as well as complete assessments of the beneficiary s home and environment. The performance period for this contract will be one (1) base plus four (4) option years.
