The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 325413 (size standard of 1,250 employees). Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice is not considered to the solicitation announcement. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 Orlando Veterans Affairs Health Care System has the need for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for supplies and consumables to be delivered to the Orlando VA Health Care System (OVAHCS), the Daytona Outpatient Clinic, 551 National Health Care Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 and Viera Outpatient Clinic, 2900 Veterans Way, Viera, FL 32940 and to lease an Integrated Chemistry and Immunoassay Testing and Laboratory Cost Per Patient Reportable Results (CPRR) Automated Track System to be delivered to the Orlando VA Health Care System (OVAHCS), 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. You must be an authorized distributor of the products for the items of your submittal. You will be required to provide proof of designation or official letter from the manufacturer. The performance period for this contract will be one year plus four option years.
