The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan; Puerto Rico is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the qualification and/or require certification to perform preventive maintenance and repair for the following schedule equipment: Two (2) Liebert NX of 120KVA + BDC Model 38SA120A0A00, eight (8) battery cabinets with ALBER Battery Monitoring System Model 38BP120XWX1BNS, two (2) STS Static Transfer Switches of 250 Amp. Model STA0250A12, two (2) FPC - PDU from Liebert of 125 KVA Model FPA13C312B, two (2) Liebert DS105 With ICOM Model DS105DUA0EI, one (1) Liebert Upflow Model DS028DDA0EI. This is sources sought notice only; it is not a request for quotations. The purpose of this Source Sought notice is to identify Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business interested in this procurement, the level of experience, qualifications, and whether it might be suitable for a specific small business socioeconomic group set-aside. The equipment is presently in full operation. Interested party with the qualification to maintain the VERTIV / Liebert Equipment products/equipment meeting the manufactory operational standards will be required to provide documentation to the point of contact listed below. The anticipated period of performance for the upcoming contract will consist of a twelve (12) months base period and four (4) twelve (12) months option periods.
