Description: SOURCES SOUGHT- Fire/Smoke Damper Repair and Inspection Services This is a Sources Sought Notice used for Market Research ONLY. Information obtained will be used to determine market capability, eligibility, and gain a further understanding of pricing associated with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). All interested parties are invited to provide information on their firms CAPABILITY, ELIGABILITY, and PRICE. CAPABILITY: Submit your firms capability statement, brochure, website, and or along with any information used to determine your firm can provide Fire/Smoke Damper Services. Provide prior history of work performed Government preferred as indicted in the attached PWS. ELIGIBILITY: Submit your firms DUNS and BRADSTREET number and information on your firm s socioeconomic status; submit information on certifications of your firm s socioeconomic status. The Department of Veterans Affairs pays tribute to our nations Veterans. Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses who are eligible/certified per the Veterans First Verification Program https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ are given priority. PRICE: Please submit your price related to the attached performance work statement. There is an estimate of one hundred fifty (150) fire/smoke dampers within the facility in need of inspection/services. To do business with the Government all firms must be fully registered within the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov.
