This SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this announcement are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this announcement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is requesting information from potential sources such as Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) and all other Small Businesses (SBs) that have the resources and capabilities to provide support maintenance for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units, and the In-Row Cooling units at two locations. Facilities are located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827 and 2500 S. Lakemont Avenue, Orlando, FL 32814. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) base period of approximately twelve (12) months, and four (4) twelve (12) months option periods. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210 is $41.5 Million.
