The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, is seeking information and sources that can provide on-site Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services (inclusive of Low-Threshold Quadripolar TcMEP) for its Veteran population at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (hereinafter referred to as BPVAHCS). Place of Performance: The Contractor shall perform IONM services (inclusive of Low-Threshold Quadripolar TcMEP) at BPVAHCS, 1000 Bay Pines BLVD, Bay Pines, FL 33744. This is a request for information and sources only. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
