The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease maximum of 4,465 ABOA/net usable square feet (NUSF) in Hillsborough County, Florida for use as a Readjustment Counseling Services (Veterans) Center for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. The space must be Class A medical space on no more than one floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site dedicated specifically to the government parking spaces for 25 vehicles is required to include 3 handicapped spaces and 2 spaces dedicated to Government vehicles. Documentation evidencing that the proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain must be provided. A lease for up to 10 years, with termination rights after the 5-year firm term will be considered. The above requirements must be satisfied in order to submit a proposal. If any of the above requirements are not met, your proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be accepted. Proposals are due February 12, 2019 at 4:30pm EST.
