The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08, San Juan, Puerto Rico have a requirement for the preventive and corrective maintenance of one (1) GreenLight XPS Laser System (Model: 0010-0210-Manufacturer AMS). The full-service maintenance plan shall include unlimited service repair visits, 24hr/7day a week telephone support, 48-hour on-site response time support, scheduled preventative maintenance services, 100% coverage on replacements parts, 100% coverage on labor and travel expenses, loaner equipment services and software revision upgrades. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This is not a solicitation. If there is sufficient interest, a solicitation shall be posted on the FBO website.
