RFQ #: 36C24819Q1282 ORLANDO VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM PROJECT TITLE: ZERO-GRAVITY MONORAIL SYSTEM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24819Q1282. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for the Orlando VA Healthcare System to purchase a zero-gravity monorail system. This solicitation is being issued as a set-aside for small business concerns. If an award cannot be made the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors of this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 / 07/12/2019. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 334510, with a Size Standard of 1,250 employees apply to this procurement. All eligible Small Businesses are encouraged to submit quotes and must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov ) at the time of award. RELEVANT INFORMATION Quote shall be valid for 60 days from the close date of this RFQ. Please see RFQ for detailed description of requirements. Questions or comments must be provided to the Contracting Officer in writing via email no later than August 7, 2019 at 1:00 PM EST. Answers will be posted no later than August 8, 2019 at 1:00 PM EST.
