Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Venergy Group, LLC to provide a trailer-mounted, air-cooled chiller and all necessary equipment to augment the building s current Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) chiller equipment and maintain the building s climate control at the Viera Outpatient Clinic (OPC). The Contractor shall provide equipment, labor, and necessary services, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) found in Request For Quote (RFQ): 36C24819Q1197. NCO 8 anticipates awarding a fixed-priced, Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract with two, 12-month ordering periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the acquisition is 532490 with a size standard of $32,500,000.00 in revenue. The period of performance shall be from the August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2021.
