Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT of DOSIMETRY EQUIPMENT for the Orlando VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Orlando, Florida. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $2,500,000 is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. Interested parties shall provide a capability statement that addresses the organization s qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor for Preventative Maintenance, Repair, and Software Support of IBA Blue Phantom Dosimetry Equipment. Capability statements shall include the following business information: DUNS number Organization Name Organization Address Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) Business size for NAICS: 811219 Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, WO, etc..) Narrative that addresses the organization s qualification and ability to perform as a prime contractor for Preventative Maintenance, Repair, and Software Support of IBA Blue Phantom 2 and related Dosimetry Equipment.
