This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. The North Florida South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SG VHS) is seeking responsible sources to provide On-Site Document Shredding Services for North Florida South Georgia Veterans Health System. This notice is intended strictly for market research purposes only. The intent is to find qualified businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561990 and the small business size standard is $11 million. Background: The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS) is comprised of two main Hospital and additional clinics throughout the catchment area. Work under this contract will be performed under an estimate of thirteen different counties located in Florida and Georgia. NF/SG VHS currently have an estimate of 659 executive counters, twenty-three 95 gal and three 64 gal containers requiring monthly, bi-weekly and weekly services. Potential sources are to respond by email to shirley.courtney@va.gov no later than June 11, 2019 at 3pm Eastern Time and provide the following information: 1. Your level of interest in submitting an offer in response to a solicitation for this requirement 3. Business size and applicable socioeconomic classification determination (i.e. veteran owned or service-disabled veteran owned). (MANDATORY) 4.
