Description: SERVICES- Pond and Aquarium Services This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance FAR Part 13 (FAC 2019-01). The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire Pond and Aquarium Services. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFQ 36C24819Q0749, NAICS Code: 712130 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Priced contract. In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents and all correspondence shall be submitted electronically via email. Each email shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. Quotes or any correspondence submitted to the Government by any other means other than emailed will not be accepted. The electronic solicitation is hereby announced on this 2nd day of the month of May 2019. The quoter shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents/amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested firms must be fully registered and active in the SAM database www.sam.gov. All correspondence and any and all questions must be submitted in via email to: Ogniel.Alvarez@va.gov, Contracting Officer. All Requests for Information (RFI s) or questions must be received by the Government via email only no later than the 17th of May 2019.
