Page 1 of 1 This is an amendment in response to questions for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All previous requirements pursuant to Request for Quotes (RFQ) of 36C24819Q0473 will remain in effect. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Orlando Veterans Affairs Health Care System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for Mowers. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a SDVOSB set-aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) at the close of this RFQ must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) at the time of award. Quote shall be valid until 30 SEPTEMBER 2019 and delivery made in 30 Days ARO or better. Please see RFQ for detailed description of requirements. Quotes are due on MONDAY MAY 6, 2019 at 1:00PM EST.
