Page 1 of 1 This is an amendment in response to questions for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All previous requirements pursuant to Request for Quotes (RFQ) of 36C24819Q0269 will remain in effect. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Orlando VA Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for Condenser Motors (Only). This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a SDVOSB set-aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) at the close of this RFQ and must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) at the time of award. Quote shall be valid 60 days after the close of this solicitation. Please see RFQ for detailed description of requirements. Quotes are due by February 13, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. Local time (GMT-4). Quotes will only be accepted by email to: Contract Specialist Earl Johnson III, EarlCi.Johnson@va.gov or Contracting Officer Debra Matthews, Debra.Matthews@va.gov Vendors - Questions & Answers for Condenser Motors Question 1: Is there a way that we can look at the application? Answer: Please use specifications included in combined synopsis, and attachment 1 pictures to provide quotes. Question 2: What is the model number of the machine and the condenser that the motor will be connecting to? Answer: The condenser motor attaches to the drive shaft of the pump, please see attachment 1 (pictures) provided. Question 3: Is there a picture of the tag on the existing motor? Answer: Please see attachment 1 (pictures).
