The Department of Veterans Affairs, WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina, is conducting market research via a sources sought/RFI to identify eligible SDVOSB/VOSB firms capable of providing one-time chiller tube cleaning services. The anticipated firm-fixed-price contract value is approximately $38,000, with performance to be completed within two months after award at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center. The contractor would clean and inspect two Trane CVHF770 centrifugal chillers, including condenser/evaporator tube cleaning, Eddy Current testing, and replacement of ATB brushes, baskets, and basket clips, with work generally Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., excluding weekends/holidays and with no overtime authorized. Interested firms should submit a capability statement of up to 10 pages covering company information, technical capability, relevant past performance, contracting capacity, and an optional rough order-of-magnitude estimate.
