The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing preventive maintenance and repair services for Government-owned Bayer MEDRAD injector systems. Services include preventive maintenance, calibration, proprietary software and cybersecurity updates, corrective repairs, technical support, OEM replacement parts, labor, and travel. Performance will take place at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System. The anticipated period of performance is a base year from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, plus two optional one-year periods. Interested firms are asked to submit capability statements demonstrating relevant experience, Bayer authorization, and ability to meet the full requirements.
