This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract for asbestos abatement at the VA Augusta Health Care System, Building 801, Augusta, GA 30901. The contractor must remove and dispose of approximately 215 square feet of asbestos-containing floor tile and associated mastic in specified rooms, including work plan, containment, air monitoring, clearance testing, waste disposal, and restoration. Performance must be completed within 20 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Only SBA-certified SDVOSBs listed in the VetCert database at quotation and award are eligible. Award will be made to the responsible, eligible SDVOSB whose quotation is most advantageous under streamlined comparative evaluation of technical capability, past performance, and price.
