Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The Government intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for construction period services related to a Correct GU HVAC and Clinical Flow Project. The work will be performed at the Ralph Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. The intended awardee is EO. BANCROFT ENGINEERING, LLC, under an authority for direct contracting with SDVOSBs. Capability statements from other sources will be reviewed to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted, but no solicitation exists. Any responsible source may submit a capability statement for consideration.
