The contract seeks a software solution to automate and improve the radiology order protocoling and scheduling process at the RHJVAMC, replacing a manual, error-prone paper-based system. The primary goals are to reduce patient wait times, decrease errors, enable order tracking, and optimize clinical communication. The contractor must be fully responsible for providing, installing, and remotely maintaining the software, including submitting all necessary documentation for system access. They are also responsible for all associated costs and must take all measures to maximize the software's life expectancy and minimize downtime. The work will be performed for the RHJVAMC Radiology department.
