This amendment to the RLP is to provide answers to all interested parties that have come in regarding this procurement, and to set rules and deadlines for the RLP, which is due on 8/12/2025 @ 13:00 hrs Eastern Standard Time. RULES & DEADLINES ALL questions regarding this RLP SHALL be submitted in writing to the LCS. You may send questions to the following emails: brian.curtis2@va.gov & latonga.prather@va.gov . The deadline for questions shall be 8/01/2025 @ 15:00 hrs Eastern Standard Time. No questions shall be responded to or entertained past this deadline in order to provide ALL potential offerors time to review the Questions and Answers prior to the response due at the final deadline. This RLP deadline may not be extended, and the Question deadline is set to ensure the procurement is kept timely. My name is A Realtor in the . I am emailing regarding the RLP for a Veterans center in Savannah GA. I did want to seek further clarification on how and when the proposals will be reviewed and selected? I am working closely with a local Realtor and we have located a few properties that meet the criteria. However since this is a national request each property owner/agent has stated that there are others that have also inquired about the space for the same purpose. Is this a situation where there will be a bidding war between proposals? I would greatly appreciate your clarity of the process . Thank you in advance. Government Response:
