This is an open, continuous solicitation for one year to provide Community Nursing Home services in the Atlanta VAMC catchment area, covering numerous specified counties. The contract involves providing skilled nursing care at specified per diem rates, requiring facilities to have current CMS certification and a state license. It is anticipated that single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be issued, with each contract's estimated value ranging from $750,000 to $3,000,000 depending on the county. Each IDIQ contract will have a five-year period of performance from the award date. Facilities must have the bed capacity to accept VA referrals, ideally within 24 hours of a request.

This is an open, continuous acquisition for a 12-month period for nursing home and long-term care services. The services will be performed at eligible Community Nursing Homes in the Atlanta, Georgia catchment area. The solicitation will close on September 30, 2026, after which no proposals will be accepted.
