DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 07 (NCO 7) DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting for quotes a requirement for services to perform a temporary roofing repair service (TPO Roofing Membranes) on Buildings 9, 10, 44, 69, and 88 at 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, Alabama 36083.     The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Procedures. Request for Quote# 36C24725Q0740 for this effort which will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVSOB), and will be posted to beta.SAM (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about June 20, 2025. This solicitation will contain all necessary information to quote the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238160- Roofing Contractors and the Small Business Administration size standard is $19 Million.
