Scope: The contractor shall provide Fire Alarm Systems inspections and maintenance for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care Systems (CAVHCS) at 2400 Hospital Rd, Tuskegee AL 36083. The vendor shall test each device at the Tuskegee campus in accordance with the applicable codes in NFPA. The vendor shall provide a list of all devices and whether it passes or fails and showing the total device per building. Specific tasks: Test each device in each occupied buildings. Devices include but not limited to strobes; pull stations; smoke, heat, and duct detectors, etc. Provide documentation on each building with the number of devices in them that tell the facility where they are located and if pass or fail and respond to emergency calls. Buildings included are 2, 3, 3A, 4, 4A, 5, 13, 14, 15, 68, 83, 88, 90, 93, 120 and 129. Includes Semi-Annual Fire Alarm Inspections of Each Building. Includes Parts and Repairs to the Fire Alarm Systems in the Buildings 24/7 365 Days a Year for Emergency Service; Regular Business Hours for Routine Service (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Excluding Holidays) Includes Semi-Annual Fire Alarm Inspections of Each Building Includes Parts and Repairs to the Fire Alarm Systems in the Buildings 24/7 365 Days a Year for Emergency Service; Regular Business Hours for Routine Service (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Excluding Holidays) - Does Not Cover Vandalism, Water or Storm Damage - Does Not Cover Wiring Issues including ground faults and faults caused by other work on the fire alarm system by maintenance or other vendors or parties.
